Our home page image is a sunrise from a family vacation in Florida. Every day, the sun rises and provides new opportunities. Work and its impact, but more important, parenting and family. The balance is important to us.
We have three daughters, a son, two sons-in-law, and a couple of cats.
Our professional careers have been exciting journeys, full of opportunities, successes, and challenges, and a host of people who have helped us become who we are today.

Co-Founder
My background includes marketing, customer support, and business management across the technology, educational, publishing, and consumer marketplaces. This experience spans domestic and global markets; large, mid-size, early-stage companies, and start-ups; private, public, private-equity owned, and venture-backed. I've spent most of my career in technology and technology-related businesses.

I help organizations and individuals achieve their objectives. With a reputation as both a builder and a fixer, I have an established history of leading change that has taken business units and functional areas to new levels of success. I honed my skills in companies such as Wiley, Blackboard, Pearson, Macmillan, and SPSS, a number of early-stage companies, and fractional and freelance engagements.
I've also managed customer support teams, so I understand the value of the customer perspective and know how important it is to incorporate the voice of the customer into everything an organization does.

A multi-talented editorial professional, I excel at wearing various hats and managing teams to propel creative strategy forward and drive positive results. With thoughtful leadership, inclusive collaboration, and a hands-on, self-driven approach, I see the big picture and make informed decisions to advance details and business goals to successful outcomes.
I honed my skills in companies such as Pearson, McGraw-Hill, Macmillan, Chronicle Books, Heartland Film, 500 Festival, Creative Expressions Group, and a number of freelance opportunities.
I'm also a certified yoga instructor, which helps when deadlines are looming.
